5 habbits of productive people










1. You need to have allocated breaks - Breaks are essential for your mind and body,  it is said that our brains and body are ment to keep refreshed. It is essential to work up to 90 minutes then take a break. 



2. People who achieve the desired goal reward themselves.-  you need to realise that you need to give yourselves a tap on a back and say i've done alot today, well done you, very proud. 





3. Productive people workout-  going on a run or working out is the best advantage you can have, keeping a healthy body is a win win. I have notice in myself going to the gym keeps me happy and stress free also it helps me sleep better





4. You need to have the correct sleep- having the right sleep has proven it increases the productivity. 
6-8 Hour per day 





5. Productive people have persistence.-  being commited and persistent is the key to success, in the long run it will pay off.
